CALL FOR TENDER for EVENT ORGANISATION SERVICES

4455/2017/77

In the framework of implementation of the Project “Further Support for Penitentiary Reform in Ukraine”, financed under the Partnership of the European Union and the Council of Europe for Good Governance,  the Council of Europe is launching tender procedure for event management services to the following events:

• Event 1: On-site visit to the Pilot Prison No 65 (Poltavska Oblast), to be held on 20 October 2017, 4 participants
• Event 2: Study visit to Estonia, to be held on 23-27 October 2017, 8 participants.
