  • Analyses client requirements to find appropriate solutions.
  • Advises and participates in defining the orientation, objectives and scope of ICT projects, ensuring they meet operational needs.
  • Proposes, develops and implements ICT projects.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in  information systems and applications.
  • Degree in IT.

 

Information and Technology Security

Defining activities:

  • Coordinates the day to day running of the ICT security function.
  • Identifies and analyses possible ICT security risks.
  • Assists in development of security policy, emergency procedures and disaster recovery plans.
  • Carries out information system security audits.
  • Develops a communication policy on the security of ICT systems.

Professional Requirements:

  • Expertise in information system security methodologies, and experience in ICT security. Good knowledge of web technology and office product environments, networks and client stations.
  • Degree in IT.

 

User Assistance

Defining activities:

  • Provides computer / application support to end users, by examining problems, troubleshooting, evaluating complexity, impact and priorities, and ensuring follow-up.
  • Identifies hardware and software needs, and helps to draw up specifications, tests applications, and contributes to the implementation and smooth running of systems, software applications and ICT projects.
  • Updates relevant documentation.
  • Evaluates training needs, and organises and trains end users.

Professional Requirements:

  • Expertise in computer facilities and their use, in particular office software.

 

I&T Operations manager

Defining activities

  • ensures the smooth running of a specific I&T field;
  • carries out a variety of technical assignments in a specific I&T field;
  • manages the externalisation contract of the perimeter;
  • deals with the demands within the agreed service levels;
  • contributes to modernisation projects.

Professional requirements

  • Diploma in relevant field or proven professional experience.

 

Data, Information and Process manager

Defining activities

  • Organises data sets in a cohesive and organised manner;
  • Organises information in a framework that ensures quality and validity of content;
  • Creates and implements processes for the above and the presentation of the final information products according to organisational needs.

Professional requirements

  • Relevant Computer Science degree.

 

Data, Information and Process assistant

Defining activities

  • Contributes to the organisation of data sets in a cohesive and organised manner;
  • Helps end users to manage their meta data or data and to organise their information in a framework that ensures quality and validity of content;
  • Carries out the implementation of the processes for the above.

Professional requirements

  • Diploma in Information Management and proven professional experience.

 

IT Resource management

Defining activities:

  • Identifies needs, and helps to define the I&T purchase policy.
  • Monitors I&T calls for tenders, helps to define specifications.
  • Negotiates contracts with suppliers.  
  • Manages CoE lateral contracts for the provision of services, software and hardware.
  • Contributes to the management of externalisation of contracts in view to optimise services and costs.
  • Manages the preparation of the IT budget and the follow-up of expenditures.
  • Provides I&T KPI reporting (i.e.: Total Cost of Ownership, indicators followed in DIT Dashboard & DGA Balance Score card).

Professional Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge in IT procurement and experience of IT contract management.

 

IT Resource management assistant

Defining activities:

  • Coordinates calls for tenders files.
  • Drafts I&T contracts and orders.
  • Carries out the related financial commitments, payments, reporting.
  • Records transactions.
  • Provides assistance to other Directorates in the use of centralised I&T contracts.
  • Monitors the management of IT assets.
  • Updates relevant documentation.

Professional Requirements:

  • Qualification in relevant field or professional experience.
