Today, in Strasbourg, in the presence of the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe, H.E. Mr Borys Tarasyuk, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe, deposited the instrument of ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (CETS No.210), for Ukraine.

The Convention will enter into force, as regards Ukraine, on 1st November 2022.

Ukraine becomes the 36th State to ratify the Convention (more).
