GREVIO’s first monitoring report on Italy will be discussed today during an online seminar organised by the Centre for Human Rights “Antonio Papisca” of the University of Padova. The seminar is scheduled from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and will be held in Italian. Speakers will include Prof. Paola Degani, national expert for GREVIO during the monitoring process of Italy, Christina Olsen, Council of Europe Secretariat, Elena Biaggioni, lawyer and co-author of the shadow report submitted to GREVIO on measures taken in Italy to implement the Convention, and Titti Carrano, lawyer and former President of the network of Italian women’s organisations Di.RE.
