The city of Erlangen is as diverse as the people who move around within it. The photo competition of Blick & Klick – Erlangen through the eyes of its migrated residents“ invited individuals from outside of Germany now living in Erlangen to send in photos describing why the city of Erlangen gives them a feeling of “home” and that they belong to Erlangen. In 90 entries, migrants expressed which places or people in Erlangen mean “home” to them or that remind them of their former homeland.

20 selected photos will be displayed at various locations in Erlangen from December 6th, 2018 to January 22nd, 2019. The three entries with the most expressive pictures with the best commentaries received a prize, handed over by the Deputy Mayor Dr. Preuß.
