For more than 12 years hasbeen engaged in the development of social initiatives and educational projects for community leaders. Graduates of those programs are now working in various non-governmental organizations and educational institutions in almost all regions of Ukraine. For seven years, has been engaged in fostering civil dialogue and reconciliation in Ukraine, Belarus, Poland and Germany. In recent years, he has worked on developing dialogue platforms to bring together the government, civil society activists and the business community. Since the start of the war in Donbass, Alexander has taken part in peacekeeping projects and projects aimed at the adaptation of internally displaced persons in Ukraine.
