Rijeka 2020 will celebrate International Migrants Day on 18 December at the Youth Cultural Centre Palach, starting at 6 PM.

The programme includes discourse-oriented content (forum on economic migrations and development of parallel structures), cultural-artistic content (Mimika Orchestra) and gastronomy content (Taste of Home Society for Intercultural Cooperation).

The programme touches upon several aspects of the topic migrations and migrant labour, and it will raise awareness of various models of cohabitation and cooperation that break through the binary notion of “us” and “them”, as part of the Kitchen flagship.
