The No Hate Speech and Cooperation Unit of the Council of Europe is looking for providers of consultancy services for the provision of training on the implementation of ECRI standards under the project “Promotion of diversity and equality in Kosovo*". The project is implemented as part of the EU/COE joint program Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans II.
