Call for consultants on access to justice for victims of discrimination, hate speech and hate crimes in Ukraine

The Council of Europe is currently implementing a project on strengthening access to justice for victims of discrimination, hate speech and hate crimes in the Eastern Partnership countries. In that context, it is looking for consultants on access to justice for victims of discrimination, hate speech and hate crimes in Ukraine.

Selected providers may be asked to do a variety of tasks, for example:

  • Deliver raising-awareness activities for wide range of national stakeholders in online/offline manner;
  • Deliver capacity-building activities for national stakeholders in online/offline manner (e.g. National School of Judges, National Police, Office of Prosecutor General, Legal Aid Coordination Center);
  • Prepare training modules or training materials for the above-mentioned capacity-building activities or adapted existing ones to the national context;
  • Facilitate meetings of expert groups online/offline;
  • Contribute to analytical activities on disaggregated data collection and dissemination of raising-awareness booklets;
  • Participate in the project activities related to the mentioned topics.

The deadline to apply is 10 February 2022.
