A HELP Training-of-Trainers (ToT) session was been organised in Tirana on 19 and 20 December in cooperation with the School of Magistrates (SoM). The ToT session’s principal aim was to set up a pool of national tutors who are familiar with the HELP methodology and able to moderate a HELP course at national level.

Interactive sessions on methodology have been conducted in order to enhance the capacity of the SoM to assess training needs as well as the capacity of national trainers to select the most appropriate training techniques.

HELP courses on Child-friendly Justice and Children’s Rights, Reasoning of Judgements, Data protection and Privacy Rights, are planned to be implemented in 2017 in cooperation with the SoM for selected groups of judges and prosecutors in the framework of the initial training.
