4th Training of Trainers of the Council of Europe Programme “HELP in Russia”

The 4th Training of Trainers of the Council of Europe Programme “HELP in Russia” took place in Moscow Region on 4-7 October 2017.

26 legal professionals participated in the training, including lawyers, law lecturers, civil servants and public figures. The Training brought together legal professionals from 15 subjects of the Russian Federation, thus covering the largest number of regions since launch of the project “HELP in Russia”.

During the training the participants got acquainted with the interactive training methods, online platform HELP and practical information about the trainer’s work.

The Training had the following objectives:

- learning basics of face-to-face and distance training courses on the example of the 2 completed HELP courses: “Business and Human Rights” and “Admissibility of evidence in criminal proceedings”;

- development of trial training courses based on the interactive methods of work with the audience and methodology of the HELP Programme;

- subsequent organisation and launch of face-to-face and distance training courses using the materials, methodology and the online platform of the HELP Programme.

Participants, who have successfully passed all the stages of the Training and completed the assignments, will obtain the certificates of trainers of the HELP Programme.
