The Centre of Expertise for Good Governance is organising the third stage of the Leadership Academy Programme (LAP) for local authorities, in cooperation with DAINAVA - the Training Center for Civil Servants and Local Administration in Lithuania. The innovative training sessions for mayors and senior local officials will focus on how to improve institutional leadership for good governance in Lithuania. Specifically, this stage will focus on strategic planning approaches to local development planning and strategic management as a key organisational management instrument. During the second and third day the participants will discuss Cross-Border and Intermunicipal Cooperation issues and will recapture the key learning points in a closing synthesis.
The training will be held between 4 and 6 August 2020. The LAP in Lithuania is being implemented as a part of the CoE – EU joint project Delivering Good Governance in Lithuania.
