The Centre of Expertise for Good Governance is providing capacity-building support to Lithuanian local authorities with the aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness, as well as boosting regional development.
A two-day online training on Inter-Municipal Cooperation will be organised for the Lithuanian experts on 23-24 July. The training will focus on the adaptation and implementation of the Council of Europe Toolkit on Inter-Municipal cooperation. It will be followed by a capacity-building workshop with local authorities who will work on the development and implementation of concrete inter municipal cooperation initiatives.
The activities are implemented as a part of the joint Council of Europe – European Union project "Delivering Good Governance in Lithuania".
