The course “Access to justice for women” in Turkish has been published on the Council of Europe HELP platform (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals Programme) providing the latest developments at both Council of Europe and European Union level.
This online course provides a comprehensive overview of women’s rights and gender equality standards, case-law laid down in international and European legislation as well as the standards for legal professionals and practitioners. In the frameworks of the action “Fostering women's access to justice in Türkiye”, 270 lawyers have been trained so far by a HELP certified tutor.
This 10-hours self-learning course can be accessed on the HELP platform. First you need to open a HELP account if you have not yet done so (2 minutes). Then you can follow this link to directly access the online course. Upon successfully completing it, a HELP statement of accomplishment (a document attesting the successful course completion) can be generated in an electronic format and can be printed by the user.
This Turkish version of the course has been produced in the framework of the action “Fostering women's access to justice in Turkey”, part of the European Union and Council of Europe’s joint programme entitled "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022".
