The Council of Europe project “Combating Violence Against Women in Ukraine (COVAW)” is looking for providers for the procurement of local consultancy (intellectual) services in the area of combatting violence against women and domestic violence.
The purpose of this call for tenders is to create a pool of national consultants with the relevant background and work experience in the areas of awareness raising on both the Istanbul Convention and violence against women, as well as in the area of harmonisation of national policy, legal framework and practices with international standards in prevention of violence against women and domestic violence, victims’ protection, and criminal prosecution.
