Back The Committee of Experts on Strategic Lawsuits against Public Participation met in Strasbourg

The Committee of Experts on Strategic Lawsuits against Public Participation held its second meeting in Strasbourg and online on 18-19 October 2022. The Committee of Experts examined the preliminary draft recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to the member states on strategic lawsuits against public participation, due in late 2023. It also discussed the Roadmap for the MSI-SLP (2022-2023) see Agenda.
