Within the framework of its 2018-2021 Neighbourhood Partnership with Morocco, the Council of Europe is implementing a project aiming at promoting freedom of expression and media pluralism in Morocco. The project is implemented by the Council of Europe in the framework of its partnership agreement with Morocoo.
This is a call for tenders for the provision of legal and technical consultancy services in the field of the promotion of freedom of expression and media pluralism in Morocco.
