Since May 2020, the Execution Department has published five thematic factsheets providing notably overviews of selected legislative and case-law developments in member States, following judgments and decisions of the European Court.
Two of these thematic factsheets have been translated into several languages:
- The factsheet on constitutional matters is now available in: Italian, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian.
- The factsheet on effective investigations into death or ill-treatment caused by security forces is now available in: Albanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Turkish and Ukrainian.
