The Committee of Ministers adopted new decisions on the implementation of the European Court's judgments

The latest decisions adopted on the implementation of judgments from the European Court of Human Rights have been published by the Committee of Ministers.

During its 1383rd Human Rights meeting, the Committee adopted 27 decisions concerning 13 member States. Six interim resolutions were adopted in the context of the supervision of the United Macedonian Organisation Ilinden and Others group against Bulgaria, the Velikova group against Bulgaria, the cases McFarlane against IrelandOAO Neftyanaya kompaniya Yukos against Russian FederationKudeshkina against Russian Federation and Yuriy Nikolayevich Ivanov, Zhovner group and Burmych and Others v. Ukraine.

19 final resolutions were also adopted by the Committee in respect of 95 judgments and decisions of the European Court, concerning 11 different States. 

In addition, the Committee adopted the indicative list of cases proposed for examination at its next "Human Rights" meeting which will take place from 1 to 3 December 2020 (1390th meeting).
