The Department for the Execution of Judgments launches HUDOC-EXEC - a new search engine which aims to improve the visibility and transparency of the process of execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.
HUDOC-EXEC (based on the HUDOC-ECHR system), provides access to relevant information and documentation in all cases pending before the Committee of Ministers, as well as in cases closed by a final resolution, via a single unified interface. Searches can be made using a multitude of search criteria as State, date, status of execution, violation, theme etc.
HUDOC-EXEC has been developed in co-operation with the European Court. The HUDOC platform also includes HUDOC-ECHR, HUDOC-CPT, HUDOC-ESC and HUDOC- ECRI.
