The NGO CFDA (Coordination française pour le droit d’asile) submitted a communication to the Committee of Ministers in the case of N.H. and others. It reported continuing difficulties in practice, on the ground, in the material conditions of reception of asylum seekers, despite the French legislative developments in this field since 2015 which transpose the requirements of the European Union law.
