6 June 2022: last cut-off date for Pilot Activities in 2022

If you are registered with the EYF as a local or national NGO, you can apply for the Pilot Activity grant, until 6 June 2022 (midnight, CET). This is the last cut-off dates for pilot activities of the EYF in 2022. This cut-off date is for projects starting in 2022...

In a nutshell, pilot activities:

  • should address challenges affecting young people at a local level, with a clear link to the EYF 2022 focus themes for pilot activities and the Council of Europe’s youth sector priorities
  • are flexible in their format
  • may include different types of activities, such as training sessions, meetings with experts, local workshops, local actions, visits, campaigns, workshops in schools, festivals etc...
  • have an important educational dimension and use non-formal approaches.

Find out more about what is a pilot activity on our dedicated page.

Decisions of the Programming Committee on Youth on this round of applications are expected by early August 2022.

Please make sure that the start date of your project is at least 3 months after the cut-off date. The projects must start in 2022.

Youth organisations can submit applications only if they are registered with the EYF. Find the criteria for registration on the EYF specific page. If you are new to the EYF, you need first to register your organisation...

By a decision of the Programming Committee on Youth, an organisation may have at maximum two granted pilot activities on the 2022 budget.....
