1 September is the new cut-off date for pilot activity applications by local or national youth NGOs. 

Pilot activities should be educational projects addressing specific issues affecting young people from a community, and all eligible costs can be covered by the grant up to a maximum of €15 000 per project. Please take note that the Programming Committee on Youth has decided that certain administrative costs may now be included as eligible expenses, corresponding to up to 7% of the grant awarded. 

It is important to remember that only youth NGOs that are registered with the EYF are able to apply, and that only registration requests received up to 2 weeks before the deadline will be processed in time.
