On 6 November 2023, the Programming Committee on Youth decided to approve 20 pilot activities for a total amount of 264 644 euros. This decision concerns applications received at the deadline of 1 September 2023.

In total, 87 pilot activity applications were received at the mentioned deadline.

The EYF has a special call to support young people from Ukraine. This initiative responds to the current needs expressed by the Ukrainian authorities and stakeholders in the field of youth.

The special call includes the possibility to apply for pilot activity grants and for international activity grants.

Youth organisations in Ukraine or youth organisations working with young people from Ukraine in the member states of the Council of Europe are invited to submit applications for this special call.

Projects can be submitted at any time until the funds are exhausted. Find out more on the call page.
