28 February was the most recent cut-off date for pilot activity applications, but youth NGOs preparing local projects for 2021 will have more opportunities to apply for support. The next cut-off date is 30 May, and two other cut-off dates will be published until the end of 2021. It is important to remember that only youth NGOs that are registered with the EYF are able to apply, and that only registration requests received up to 2 weeks before the deadline will be processed in time.

Pilot activities should be educational projects addressing specific issues affecting young people from a community, and all eligible costs can be covered by the grant up to a maximum of €15 000 per project.
