At the 1 October 2018 deadline, the EYF received 29 annual work plan applications for 2019 (17 were received at the 1 April deadline) and 21 applications for one-off international activities taking place between April and December 2019 (20 were received on 1 April). The Programming Committee on Youth will take a decision on these applications at its meeting at the EYC in Budapest on 13-14 December 2018. All applicant NGOs will be informed individually of the decisions on 17 December.
The EYF has noted a decrease in the number of applications since 2016. In 2017, a total of 48 work plan and 53 international activity applications were received. The NGOs registered with the EYF will be consulted on possible reasons for this, and the Programming Committee on Youth will discuss these at its meeting in December.
