The Programming Committee on Youth (CPJ) held its 42nd meeting on 12 - 13 December 2019, at the European Youth Centre in Budapest.
The representatives of Council of Europe member states and youth organisations decided jointly on the programme of activities and budget of the Youth Sector and the EYF grants for 2020.
- The CPJ agreed to re-establish the overall budget for different categories of EYF grants for 2020. The threshold for pilot activities was reinstated to a maximum of €10 000 per Pilot Activity.
The next cut-off date for Pilot Activity applications which could already benefit from this maximum threshold of €10 000 is 20 December 2019.
- The CPJ also approved EYF grants to further 14 one-off international activities and 11 annual work plans to be implemented in 2020 and two-year structural grants for 34 international youth organisations for the period 2020-2021. This was the last meeting of the current CPJ. Congratulations to all members for their commitment, support and ongoing co-operation! During their two-year mandate in 2018-2019, the members of the CPJ considered 427 grant applications and took decisions on 204 EYF grants to international activities, annual work plans and pilot activities as well as 35 structural grants for international youth NGOs and networks, for a total amount of approximately €4.8 million.
