Back No. 122/2016 Movimento per la libertà della psicanalisi – Associazione culturale v. Italy

The complaint, registered on 7 June 2016, relates to Article 1§2 (the right to earn his living in an occupation freely entered upon) of the Revised European Social Charter. The organisation complains the lack of freedom to practice the profession of psychoanalysts since the rules require that this activity should be exercised exclusively by doctors or psychologists belonging to professional orders.

The European Committee of Social Rights declared the complaint inadmissible on 24 March 2017.
