Back No. 167/2018 Sindacato autonomo Pensionati Or.S.A. v. Italy

The complaint was registered on 11 May 2018. It concerns Article 12§3 (right to social security) of the Revised European Social Charter. The complainant union alleges that the provisions introduced by Legislative Decree No. 65/2015 and Law No. 147/2013 have limited -  or even ruled out - the equalisation of pensions with mechanisms resulting in a substantial drop in statutory retirement pensions in breach of the above-mentioned provisions.
