The Committee of Ministers has adopted the following Resolutions on 11 September 2019 at the 1353rd meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies:

Resolution CM/ResChS(2019)6, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 22 January 2019 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case Confederazione Generale Italiana del Lavoro (CGIL) v. Italy, Complaint No. 140/2016.

Resolution CM/ResChS(2019)7, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 22 May 2019 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case International Federation of Associations of the Elderly (FIAPA) v. France, Complaint No. 145/2017 thus making public the decision on the merits.
