Meeting on non-accepted provisions of the European Social Charter by Albania

The Department of the European Social Charter of the Council of Europe, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Albania is organising a meeting in the framework of the procedure provided for by Article 22 of the European Social Charter on “non-accepted provisions”. The objective of the meeting is to exchange views and information with the national authorities on provisions not yet accepted by Albania with a view to evaluating the possibility for the country to accept additional provisions.

In addition, an exchange of views on the collective complaints procedure, not yet accepted by Albania, will be held.

The European Committee of Social Rights will be represented by Barbara Kresal and József Hajdú, members of the Committee.

The Department of the European Social Charter will be represented by Jan Malinowski, Head of the Department of the European Social Charter and Executive Secretary of the European Committee of Social Rights, Nino Chitashvili and Elena Malagoni, Lawyers.
