The 2nd meeting of the CoE-FRA-ENNHRI-EQUINET Collaborative Platform on social and economic rights, held in Strasbourg on 28 January 2016, aimed at increasing mutual awareness and knowledge, with a focus on the definition of the Platform’s objectives as well as ways of achieving them.
The participants reviewed the activities of each partner organisation and the platform as a whole and identified priority areas of action. Therefore, some objectives were identified for the Collaborative Platform, namely to facilitate the exchange of information between partners and national bodies, to provide training for national bodies working on economic and social rights, to organise awareness raising activities on the European Social Charter and to develop tools for more effective work on social and economic rights.
