- Recommendation CM/RecChS(2023)3, concerning the follow-up of the decisions on the merits adopted by the European Committee on Social Rights in the cases Confédération générale du travail force ouvrière (CGT-FO) v. France, Complaint No. 160/2018 and Confédération générale du travail (CGT) v. France, Complaint No. 171/2018 (decision on the merits adopted on 23 March 2022), Syndicat CFDT de la métallurgie de la Meuse v.
