Recommendations and resolutions adopted by the Committee of Ministers

The Committee of Ministers has adopted the following recommendations on 6 September 2023 at the 1473rd meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies: 

  • Recommendation CM/RecChS(2023)3, concerning the follow-up of the decisions on the merits adopted by the European Committee on Social Rights in the cases Confédération générale du travail force ouvrière (CGT-FO) v. France, Complaint No. 160/2018 and Confédération générale du travail (CGT) v. France, Complaint No. 171/2018 (decision on the merits adopted on 23 March 2022), Syndicat CFDT de la métallurgie de la Meuse v. France, Complaint No. 175/2019 (decision on the merits adopted on 5 July 2022), Syndicat CFDT général des transports et de l’environnement de l'Aube v. France, Complaint No. 181/2019 and Syndicat CFDT de la métallurgie de la Meuse v. France, Complaint No. 182/2019 (decision on the merits adopted on 19 October 2022).
     
  • Recommendation CM/RecChS(2023)4, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 19 October 2022 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case European Disability Forum (EDF) and Inclusion Europe v. France, Complaint No. 168/2018.

The Committee of Ministers has also adopted the following resolutions on 6 September 2023 at the 1473rd meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies:
