The EUR-OPA Major Hazards Agreement Secretariat is pleased to invite you to participate to the international art competition for children «I saw the disaster with my eyes » organised by the Directorate General for Fire Safety and Civil Protection within the Ministry of Interior (DGFSCP – MoI) together with the Ministry of Education and Science and the National Palace of Children in the Republic of Bulgaria.
The event, which is organised under the auspices of the EUR-OPA Major Hazards Agreement, covers the perception by the adolescents of disaster risks, appropriate behavior, pre-medical first aid, and the activities of specialised fire and rescue teams.
The competition is open to children and students between the ages of 6 and 18 years and the deadline for sending the paintings has been set to October 30, 2021.
