BeSafeNet Editorial Board Meeting

The BeSafeNet Editorial Board met on 25 and 26 September in Msida, Malta, to review the BeSafeNet project’s latest actions and their increasing impact. The board discussed ways to expand and improve the Olympiad experience for the 2025 competition and capitalise on the ever-growing interest in the BeSafeNet Project.  It also recognised the importance of ensuring valid information on its website and decided to continue to update the different topics as and when necessary.

The Editorial Board took note of the participation of the 2024 BeSafeNet Olympiad winners in the ongoing Youth Risk Communications Challenge organised by UNDRR, that aims to strengthen adolescent and youth engagement in DRR across Europe and Central Asia focusing on disaster risk communication challenges.
