Yet another Golden Bear for Eurimages!

During the closing ceremony of the 68th edition of the Berlinale, which took place last Saturday, the Jury of the official selection chaired by the German director Tom Tykwer chose to award the Golden Bear to the film TOUCH ME NOT by Adina Pintilie, a co-production between Romania, Germany, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and France, supported by Eurimages. This film also received the GWFF Best First Feature Award, in all sections together. The Silver Bear for Outstanding Artistic Contribution was awarded to Elena Okopnaya for costume and production design in the Russian-Polish co-production DOVLATOV by Aleksey German Jr. This film also received the Berliner Morgenpost Readers' Jury Award.
FORTUNA by Germinal Roaux (CH, BE) won over both the Cristal Bear for Best Film and the Grand Prix of the Generation 14plus International Jury.
Finally, the German-Austrian co-production STYX  by Wolfgang Fischer (DE, AT) was awarded the Ecumenical Jury Prize in the Panorama section, the Label Europa Cinema as well as the Heiner Carow Prize.
The Eurimages Co-production Development Award of an amount of 20 000 euros awarded in the framework of the Berlinale Co-production Market went to the project THE WAR HAS ENDED which will be directed by Hagar Ben Asher and produced by Madants (PL), Match Factory Productions (DE) and Transfax Film Productions (IL).
