The Division of Electoral Assistance of the Council of Europe organised a study visit for the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Moldova. This study visit of 3 days gave them the possibility to meet and to discuss with different representatives of German authorities (German Federal Ministry of Interior, German Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Federal/District/Land Returning Officer, Regional Returning Officer representatives of political parties and the Federal Committee for the Scrutiny of Elections, Immunity and Rules of Procedures, German Bundestag).
