The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project “Improving electoral practice in the Republic of Moldova, Phase II” (24 months). In that regard, it is looking for Providers for the provision of specialised consultancy services in the electoral field:

Lot 1 - Capacity building of electoral stakeholders

Lot 2 - Inclusive electoral participation: women, the youth, national minorities etc.

Lot 3 - Electoral legislation and jurisprudence

Lot 4 - Voting technologies and digitalisation
