Improvement of the Central Electoral Commission’s internal record management

The Council of Europe supports the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Moldova (CEC) to develop and implement a new functionality for the CEC’s internal record management application called “Antechamber”. The goal of the new functionality is to improve the flow of data to ensure a better data security, public exposure of data, and at the same time to prevent the leakage of sensitive/confidential information.

The new functionality will also provide the possibility of auditing and logging the access to each institutional internal document by all registered users, as well as offer the possibility of generating audit reports on the logged events. Moreover, the new updated features of the software will secure the proper display of documents from the CEC official webpage dedicated to the general public.

This activity is funded and implemented by the Council of Europe Project Improving Electoral Practice in the Republic of Moldova, Phase II as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan 2021-2024 for the Republic of Moldova.
