The Education Policy Division of the Council of Europe is organising a working conference on 21-22 September 2017 in Strasbourg. The conference will bring around 70 participants including education policy makers, school administrators and teachers, representatives of civil society organisations e.g. parents associations, digital rights groups etc. and private sector, academics from teacher education faculties and experts.
The objectives of this conference are to:
- discuss the draft concept note for the development of a Policy Framework for Digital Citizenship Education;
- raise awareness of the current gaps in DCE;
- initiate dialogue among the various stakeholders of DCE.
