We have the great pleasure to announce that the Committee of Convention 108 launches the call for applications to the 2024 Stefano Rodotà Award (6th edition of the competition).
The award honours the memory of Stefano Rodotà, prominent Italian law professor and politician who championed the promotion of the right to data protection. The prize acknowledges innovative and original academic research projects or publications by young students or researchers in personal data protection. The competition is open to students and researchers from all regions of the world participating in the work of the Committee of Convention 108.
The winners will be invited to make a presentation of their work to the Committee of Convention 108 (T-PD) in an upcoming plenary meeting of the Committee. This will be a tremendous opportunity for the winners to present their work to a global forum of renowned international personal data protection experts and policymakers from some 90 countries, international institutions and data protection authorities.
