Tunisia has just deposited its instrument of accession to the Convention for the Protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data (ETS No. 108) and its additional Protocol regarding supervisory authorities and transborder data flows (ETS No. 181).
The Convention and its Protocol will enter into force in respect of Tunisia on 1 November 2017.
Tunisia will thus become the 51st Party to Convention 108.
