iPROCEEDS – 2: Cooperation on Cybercrime under the Instrument of Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) – is a Joint project of the European Union and the Council of Europe.

Participating countries/areas: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye and Kosovo*

Objective: To further strengthen the capacity of authorities in project countries and areas to search, seize and confiscate cybercrime proceeds and prevent money laundering on the Internet and to secure electronic evidence.

 

*This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSC 1244 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo Declaration of Independence.

C-PROC launches cybercrime webinars

The Cybercrime Programme Office of the Council of Europe (C-PROC) has set up a program of webinars to reach out to its community and continue working on strengthening capacities of criminal justice authorities worldwide.

The first in the series of webinars will be focused on the Global State of Cybercrime Legislation and will take place on Monday, 27 April, 9:00 AM GMT.
