CyberSouth: Advanced Judicial Training on cybercrime and electronic evidence in Morocco

Following the initial judicial training on cybercrime and electronic evidence delivered last May, with the support of CyberSouth project, the Moroccan Superior Institute for Magistrates organised the advanced training session. The training was dedicated to the magistrates who successfully completed the basic course and took place from 2 to 5 October at the Superior Institute for Magistrates of Morocco. The aim of this activity was to improve the knowledge of the participants on cybercrime and electronic evidence by analysing legislative aspects and investigative instruments used for practical cases. The group of trained magistrates will be used as futures trainers for domestic training activities on cybercrime and electronic evidence.

Morocco is the first country from the MENA region who benefits from this advanced training session and the adaptation of the training for the needs of the Moroccan curricula will be supported through the CyberSouth project in the upcoming months.
