Vice-President of Costa Rica, Ana Helena Chacon announced Costa Rica is about to accede to the Budapest Convention. This will help the country to address child abuse, problems of jurisdictions and other challenges to human rights and the rule of law in cyberspace. She shared her views on the occasion of a visit of the Cybercrime Convention Committee to Costa Rica.
