A new edition of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe brochure has been published, also available online for download in English and in French. The 2019 update includes the two new Cultural Routes certified in 2018, Impressionisms Routes and Via Charlemagne, as well as an updated list of the member States and Observers to the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes (EPA) and the Cultural Routes crossing each country. In 2018, three States became members of the EPA, Finland, the Holy See and Turkey; in 2019, the EPA counts three new Observer States: Albania, Ireland and Sweden.
