A workshop on “Detention and liability of entrepreneurs for economic crimes and failure to execute contracts” took place on 2 July 2015 at the Federal Business Ombudsman Office in Moscow, Russian Federation. The participants discussed the findings of a technical paper prepared by Council of Europe expert Mjriana Visentin. Co-chairman of Delovaya Rossia and Executive Co-chairman of the Centre for Public Procedures “Business Against Corruption” Andrey Nazarov presented the Current situation in the Russian Federation.
