Summary

Das Protokoll zum Übereinkommen des Europarats zur Verhütung des Terrorismus (SEV Nr. 196) stellt eine Reihe von Handlungen unter Strafe, darunter die Beteiligung an einer zum Zwecke des Terrorismus gebildeten Gruppe oder Vereinigung, die Absolvierung einer terroristischen Ausbildung, die Reise ins Ausland zu terroristischen Zwecken und die Finanzierung oder Organisation derartiger Reisen. Durch das Protokoll wird außerdem ein Netzwerk von rund um die Uhr besetzten Kontaktstellen geschaffen, die einen schnellen Informationsaustausch ermöglichen.
