Summary

Cette Convention oblige les Etats devenant Parties à la Convention à dédommager les victimes d'infractions violentes, intentionnelles et ayant entraîné de graves atteintes corporelles ou la mort. Telle obligation de dédommagement ne concerne que les violations commises dans le territoire de l’Etat concerné, indépendamment de la nationalité de la victime.
