Summary

Le Deuxième Protocole vise à faciliter l'application de la Convention sur plusieurs points et a pour objet, en particulier, d'inclure les infractions fiscales parmi celles qui donnent lieu à extradition en vertu de la Convention. Ce Protocole contient, en outre, des dispositions additionnelles sur les jugements par défaut et sur l'amnistie.
